PGM Solutions is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. We collect only what we need to answer you and to measure how the site is used.

Contact form

The name, email address, subject and message you submit are used solely to answer your request. They reach our team by email and are kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. They are never sold, nor shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Trial keys

When you request a trial key for Apleno Server, we store the email address you give us, your company domain and the date, for two reasons: to send you the key, and to avoid issuing several keys to the same organisation. We keep these records for 12 months, then delete them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running an evaluation programme. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.

Audience measurement

We measure audience with Matomo. Page views are recorded server-side, with no advertising cookies and no profiling. Your IP address is sent to our analytics server, operated by us and hosted in EU at OVH, and is not shared with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Send your request through our contact form. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website only stores what it needs to work:

  • A language cookie, which records the language of the page you are viewing so that typing apleno.io later takes you back to it. It lasts one year and holds nothing else.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, on the contact page only, which tells humans from bots. Cloudflare may store technical data in your browser to run that check.

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
